Monday 19th June

Warm, dry but windy morning. Not good for photography but I will do my best.
Located the Kestral on a different perch, lower down, due to the wind no doubt. Plenty of birds about but difficult to locate in the foliage when they are not flying so much. The grasses are seeding and I have to be careful that Holly does not get to many on her. They can be a nightmare to find in her coat and ears.
Walked the 'Valley' near to the Fleet, a few different flower specemins which I will have to identify before I publish.
I'm not sure if the Lapwings have nested but the male is very aggressive and territorial.
Enjoy todays offerings!
