Wednesday 5th July

Strange day! Got up this morning and saw that the weather was still overcast and misty. Thought that it would be like yesterday on the marsh. But it was a totally different atmosphere, quite spooky, little bird song, very still, even the swifts, swallows and house martins seemed lethargic. No sign of the Mink. Took the opportunity of the stillness to take close-up photographs. Enjoy!
