Thursday 13th July
Finally manged to get up and out by 8:00am. Lovely sunny morning, light breeze. Started well with a cople of bird sightings, Juvenile Great Tit, thought it was a Marsh Tit at first but then saw the markings of the Great Tit, the dark line down the breast. One Black Tailed Godwit on the mud of the dry lake. Spent an hour up on the fleet watching and trying to photograph Swifts dipping in the water. Enjoy.
